Our Carers
We carefully select our homecare staff based solely upon their suitability for the role. It is important that they understand the needs of our service users and have the dedication and ability to carry out their duties well.
All of our carers complete a rigorous mandatory induction programme that covers, among other things, manual handling, first aid, condition-led care, medication, equality & diversity, personal care and safeguarding.
As well as completing regular refresher training, we invest in our carers and encourage them to enhance their theoretical and practical skills in areas that are of particular interest to them.
You will only ever receive care from someone who is equipped with the necessary skills to support you, so not only will the Carer be matched with you based on personality, but to the requirements that benefit your overall wellbeing.
